The Annual Convocation of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Provincial Grand Chapter will be held on the 8th of June 2019 at the Novotel Hotel Southampton.
Annual Convocation of Provincial Grand Chapter 2019
By command of the ME Grand Superintendent, the Annual Convocation of Provincial Grand Chapter will be held in the Novotel, West Quay Road, Southampton, SO15 1RA, on Saturday, 8th June 2019 at 12.00 noon and all members of Provincial Grand Chapter are hereby summoned to attend. Companions are cordially invited to be present at the Convocation, but are not eligible to vote on any matter brought before Provincial Grand Chapter.
All Companions are urged to be present on this day and support the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent and Provincial Officers, both at the Convocation and at the following meal. Companions intending to dine are particularly asked to join the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent at the luncheon to be held at the Novotel. Companions are requested to attend early and to be in their seats for the Convocation by 11.45 am. Dark Morning Dress or a Dark Suit is to be worn and your usual regalia.
A luncheon will be held at the Novotel at 3.00pm at a cost of £24.00, exclusive of wine. Vegetarian and gluten free options are available. Please mention dietary requirements when booking for the luncheon. Wine will be available to purchase at a reasonable cost. Applications for places must include the applicant’s Provincial Royal Arch Rank (after the Convocation) and Chapter name and number, together with those of any personal guests.

There is car parking at the Novotel, and there are other car parks nearby. If travelling by train, the Novotel is conveniently near the Southampton Central Railway Station.
